Customized Energy Profile Based on Full Engagement Inventory


The Power of Self-Assessment

The Full Engagement Self Profile pinpoints sources of personal imbalance and readies you for action. This assessment will help you introduce, or eliminate, specific behaviors in order to become more productively engaged in life.

Step One:Free of charge. Obtain a snapshot of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy with the Self-Assessment Profile Report. It has 26 questions and takes about five minutes.

Step Two: Invest $49 and 20 minutes to increase your self-understanding. Choose the complete report once you've finished the trial. Learn how your scored on 16 personal energy measures (see list below). You’ll also learn how others score on these measures, which helps you understand your levels of stress and imbalance compared to others. This information can help you make important decisions that lead to a more fully engaged life. Investment: $49, Time: About 20 minutes.

Contents of the Complete Report:

You can choose the Full Engagement Inventory Report at the end of the trial session for a one-time investment of $49. This assessment uses the first 26 questions from the trial, plus an additional 121 questions to identify the precisely what you need in order to become more productively engaged in life. You will get a detailed 16-page report of your strengths and challenges. The 16-page report includes:

  • Overall Engagement Score and Recovery Score, plus norms for all respondents.
  • Color graph of personalized 4-dimensional Energy Pyramid, illustrating your scores in each of the four energy dimensions.
  • Bar graphs of your scores and norms for all participants. Graphs include all 16 categories that make up Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Recovery scores: fitness, sleep, nutrition, energy management, interpersonal relations, self-esteem, managing adversity, creativity and curiosity, focus and concentration, solution-based thinking, mental preparation, self-awareness, time management, commitment and passion, principal-centered ethics, vision and purpose.
  • Table of scores in each of the four energy dimensions and Recovery, and a detailed list of your subscores in 16 areas, including the definitions of those scores. Norms are included for all 16 areas.
  • Discussion of open-ended comments.
  • A guide to next steps, including a worksheet that shows Overall Engagement centile scores, helping you understand your engagement level compared to others'.
  • References.
  • A guide to key targeted "muscles" – the areas that need to be strengthened -- for improvement in each energy dimension.
