Based on the kind of rigorous research Hogan Assessment Systems is known for, Advantage accurately and efficiently predicts a candidate’s on-the-job performance. The report is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI). The HPI is a measure of normal personality and is used to predict employee performance—what we see when people are at their best.
Advantage reports based on 3 primary employability scales:
- Dependability: To what degree will the candidate follow established rules and procedures, make work and work-related activity a priority, accept supervision, and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities?
- Composure: To what degree can the candidate handle stress and pressure without becoming upset or emotional?
- Customer Focus: How well can the candidate relate to clients or customers in a friendly, positive, and helpful manner?
