Become certified in the use of personality tests from Hogan Assessments, which are a gold standard when it comes to hiring the right people, developing key talent, and evaluating leadership potential. After completing a certification workshop, you will be able to make these assessments a part of your hiring and assessment programs.
The one-day training workshop (8:30 am to 5 pm) usually takes place at the beautiful Water's Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook, CT. Over the next several months we are also holding training sessions in Denver, Colorado / Charlotte, NC and Lexington, MA. Dr. Paul Connolly (President of Performance Programs), who has over fifteen years of experience with the Hogan product line, conducts these workshops in an engaging manner while drawing on his extensive experience and expertise in the field.
The fee is $1500 and is discounted from the full retail price of $2300.
This workshop is approved for (7) credits by the Human Resource Certification Institute and the APA.
