Hogan Certification Workshops
Become certified in the use of personality tests from Hogan Assessments, which are a gold standard when it comes to hiring the right people, developing key talent, and evaluating leadership potential. After completing a certification workshop, you will be able to make these assessments a part of your hiring and assessment programs.
The one-day workshops (8:30 am to 5 pm) takes place at the beautiful Water's Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook, CT. Dr. Paul Connolly (President of Performance Programs), who has over ten years of experience with the Hogan product line, conducts these workshops in an engaging manner while drawing on his extensive experience and expertise in the field.
The fee is $1500 and is discounted from the full retail price of $2300.
The workshop fee includes:
• a personal assessment ($450 value),
• a copy of "The Hogan Guide" ($75 value),
• manuals and other documentation about the assessments ($300 value),
• two free assessment IDs for post-workshop use ($800 value),
• one hour of pre-conference telephone review of your own reports,
and one half hour of post-conference telephone review of your
first case ($675 value),
• continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.
This workshop is approved for credit by the Human Resource Certification Institute and the APA.
