360° Feedback: Leadership in Health Services

Targeted 360° Feedback For Health Care Executives

The Survey of Leadership in Health Services™ (LHS) is a 360 feedback assessment that provides the health care services executive with feedback about his or her management and leadership skills. Developed in partnership with health care professionals, including physicians, this instrument focuses on the management skills necessary for achieving health care organization goals. It also measures leadership skills needed to lead the organization in competing successfully in the changing health care environment. This survey is reliable and scientifically validated. It is based on Task Cycle Theory, a model that has been researched for 30 years.

The Phases and Dimensions in the Survey of Leadership in Health Services include the vision of the executive, his or her ability to plan for the future, the skills needed to manage, motivate, and lead others; and the drive to achieve operational and strategic goals. In addition, the executive receives feedback about how his or her skills affect building trust with others, the tension level within the organization, and his or her overall effectiveness.
