360 Feedback For Construction Project Managers![]() Survey of Project Management Practices in ConstructionA project manager's competence makes all the difference in achieving cost, schedule, quality, and safety goals on a construction project. Those competencies are specific and identifiable. The Survey of Project Management Practices in Construction (PMPC) gives 360 feedback to construction project managers on their management skills and practices. The PMPC measures the mastery of these skills and the frequency of their use by an individual. The feedback is a powerful starting point for training and development that will result in higher levels of individual performance and achievement of project intentions. The Project Management in Construction Task Cycle® follows the Task Cycle Theory, a model that has been researched for 30 years by the Clark Wilson Group.
