360 Feedback Survey Develops Team Member Skills

Targeted 360 Feedback For Workgroups and Teams

My Team Mates and Our Team are matching surveys that provide developmental feedback for the team and its members. The Survey of My Team Mates™ (MTM) is used to assess each member's group skills by his other team colleagues. The Feedback Report compares the Self assessment to the Mates assessment of an individual's skills. The Team Task Cycle® follows the Task Cycle Theory, a model that has been researched for 30 years.

The Phases and Dimensions measured in the Survey of My Team Mates include team leadership, teaming skills, responsiveness, self control and recognition of team mates.
