Targeted 360 Feedback for Future Team LeadersWorking With Others is a reliable, validated 360 feedback survey of organizational skills for people entering supervisory or team leadership positions. WWO can be used as a screening tool to identify candidates for promotion, or to coach and counsel those who have recently been placed in supervisory or team leadership positions. The skills and competencies taught by WWO are taken from 30 thirty years of research by the Clark Wilson Group. The Working With Others Task Cycle® follows Wilson's Task Cycle Theory, a sequenced model that has been shown to improve management outcomes. The Phases and Dimensions measured in Working With Others include commitment to work, initiative, teamwork, personal awareness, self control, and recognition. A final measurement, Overall Personal Impact, shows the manager's effectiveness and coworkers' perception of his or her personal contribution to the effort.
