Employee Opinion Survey Benchmark Norms

How do your organization's employee engagement and morale compare? PPI has studied the answers to employee surveys since 1997. We offer normative data for 86 employee survey questions, which is now available to employers and consultants whether we perform your survey or not. Our database has morale and attitude survey responses from more than 100 organizations, both US domestic and multinational, and some items have almost 100,000 responses. You can request norms for general business or any of 16 categories, including nonprofits. We can also offer norms by the size of organization. Reports include the mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, and number of respondents on which the norm is based.ss
