The Survey of Management Practices (SMP) is a validated 360 multi-rater assessment that provides managers with feedback on their management skills and practices. Managers are responsible for implementing strategies within the organization and achieving operating goals. They also have a major responsibility for maintaining the organization's quality of working life. The SMP gives the manager feedback on the skills that make a difference from the people who observe them every day.
