Hogan Certification Workshops

Our 1 Day Onsite Certification is a full certification, we have been running a version of this session since 1998. Our Hogan certification programs use the same Hogan-supplied session materials, and all attendees who meet the requirements are registered with Hogan Assessments as certified.  Hogan assessments are a gold standard when it comes to hiring the right people, developing key talent, and evaluating leadership potential.

In our certification program we do two things differently:

First, you will have unlimited free access to our live and recorded webinars on specific topics (such as our 45-minute review of Hogan subscales, using Hogan for selection, interpreting HDS profiles, interpreting the Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory, etc.).  

Second, we choose to use the second day by adding one on one consulting with you to review your first live case. This one on one consultation can happen just before your first few sessions, where we review the results with you, answer any questions, and then follow up to see how things went. This just-in-time training in addition to the certification workshop is a proven training method that our clients find works very well in preparing them to take full advantage of the powerful insights the Hogan assessments can provide.

The one-day training workshop (8:30 am to 5 pm) usually takes place at the beautiful Water's Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook, CT. Dr. Paul Connolly (President of Performance Programs), who has worked with the Hogan materials since 1995, conducts these workshops in an engaging manner while drawing on his extensive experience and expertise in the field.

The workshop fee includes: 
    •  personal assessments ($450 value),
    •  a copy of "The Hogan Guide" ($75 value),
    •  manuals and other documentation about the assessments ($300 value),
    •  two free assessment IDs for post-workshop use ($800 value),
    •  one hour of pre-conference telephone review of your own reports, 
         and one hour of post-conference telephone review of your
         first case ($900 value),
