Hogan Workshop Learning Objectives:

  • A thorough understanding of the development and research behind the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey , Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory.
  • Iidentify and report key strengths and weaknesses from Potential, Challenge, and Values Leadership Forecast Reports.
  • Identify the five assessment perspectives that the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) utilize in personality measurement.
  • Define and describe the behavioral attributes associated with the 7 primary HPI scales and 42 subscales.

Hogan Workshop Fees:

All seminars are $1200, discounted from the full retail value of $ 2300. Certification includes: a personal assessment ($450 value), a copy of The Hogan Guide ($75 value), all Certification Materials ($300), two free assessment IDs for post-workshop use ($800 value), one hour of pre-conference telephone review of your own reports and one-half hour of post-conference telephone review of your first live case ($675 value).  These one-day seminars are scheduled form 8:30 – 4:30, and take place in Westbrook, CT. Please inquire about rates for additional telephone consultation beyond the first hour.
