The Safety Report provides a graphic summary and interpretation of a candidate’s safety-related behavior. These results outline strengths and areas of concern relating to a general employment fit for a particular work environment.  The report is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI).  The HPI is a measure of normal personality and is used to predict employee performance—what we see when people are at their best.
