The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) from Kaiser Leadership Solutions is a next-generation assessment tool with a radically new rating scale and a fresh competency model. In addition to illuminating behavioral traits that need attention and development, it points out when strengths have been overdeveloped and risk being counterproductive.
The LVI also has a break-through rating format.
