ADVANTAGE

Out-of-the-box, pre-hire selection tool, targeted at entry- to supervisor-level positions, measures general employability and predicts a candidate’s on-the-job performance.  The Advantage assessment is a quick measure that can be taken in five minutes and offers a graphic display of general employability.  The report is based on a candidate’s scores on seven dimensions that influence occupational success within seven job categories.

PURPOSE:  Provides an overall employability score, plus an immediate recommendation that identifies a candidate’s scores as low, below average, average, above average, or high.

The Basis Report describes a candidate’s fit to the job and organization. The report provides a hiring recommendation, behavioral interview guide, and systematic method for making a hiring decision using a combination of the assessment and interview results. The Leader Basis Report is an off-the-shelf solution that identifies a candidate’s strengths and potential areas of weakness for leadership roles and provides a hiring recommendation. The Sales Basis Report is an off-the-shelf solution for hiring high revenue-generating sales professionals, used for a broad range of sales jobs across industries

It is most  ften used for high-volume employee selection or as part of a multiple hurdle system.
