EMPLOYEE SURVEY NORMS
The hundreds of employee surveys we’ve done have shown there are average or predictable responses to certain questions or groups of questions. Most companies, for instance, have a hard time getting high ratings for internal communications or career advancement. Norms can help you understand where your organization ranks.
Our normative database consists of 100 items and is updated quarterly. We have both general and industry specific norms, as well as by company size. Our norms can help put your results in perspective. Our database has information from over 125 organizations and some items have over 143,000 responses.
- We charge $200 per norm.
- Receive a 50% discount if you share your data with us.
- Norms are available whether your purchase your survey from us or not.
- There is no minimum purchase.
We also offer norms by the size of organization.
Reports include the mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, and number of respondents on which the norm is based. We offer reports in both Excel and PDF formats.
